As a caterer and small business owner, I love it when people want to spend money on catering and all the bells and whistles that go along with it. But as a normal person that once when through the wedding process, I have a strong appreciation for people who not only want a special event but also want to use their money wisely.  The Wedding Industry is geared toward making people think that the more they spend, the more memorable their wedding will be.  In my experience, I have found that it is possible to have an extraordinarily special event AND save money at the same time.  This guide is meant to give you some useful suggestions to consider when working with your caterer and planning your event.
